The journal
A hyperbaric session is forty-five to sixty minutes in a pressurised chamber, breathing air with more oxygen in it than the air in the room. Here's what a session is like, and what people tell us afterwards.

People often book it after a few weeks of late finishes and poor sleep, when they feel slow and everything takes longer than usual.
You sit in the chamber and breathe through a soft mask. The air in the mask has more oxygen in it than the air in the room. The pressure rises slowly over the first few minutes. Your ears may feel a little full, as they do when a plane lands. Swallowing clears them. Most people read, rest or doze off.
At normal pressure, almost all the oxygen you breathe is carried by your red blood cells. They are already nearly full, so breathing harder doesn't add much. Under pressure, oxygen also dissolves into the plasma. This means your blood carries more oxygen, further into tissue. Your body uses oxygen to repair itself.
Clients most often tell us they feel clearer and steadier afterwards, and that their energy holds up through the afternoon. This is what clients report. We can't promise the same for you.
One session on its own won't do much. Over a course of sessions, the body can also grow new capillaries (the smallest blood vessels) and lay down stronger collagen. Most people try it for a few weeks before deciding.
This is not a medical treatment, and we don't diagnose anything. If you think something is wrong, see your doctor first. If you have a diagnosed condition, tell us before you book.
The session
€80 a session, €350 for five, €600 for ten. You don't need to change, and there's no recovery time afterwards.

Recovery
An evening infrared session gives you half an hour to wind down with your phone put away.

HIFEM
When you sit all day, some muscles do almost no work. HIFEM makes them contract. A session is twenty to thirty minutes, seated and fully clothed.
