An evening infrared session gives you half an hour to wind down. Booking it in advance makes you more likely to take that time.

Most people who book an evening session aren't unwell. They've had a few busy weeks, with late finishes, constant calls and messages, and sleep that has got worse.
You spend twelve minutes on the infrared bed, undressed. The light has to reach your skin to work, so the less you wear, the more of your body it reaches. You can keep your underwear on, and you're on your own in the room. The bed gives off red and near-infrared light. It doesn't blow hot air, so you barely sweat, and there's no recovery time afterwards. The whole visit takes under half an hour.
People book it in the evening because they find it easier to wind down afterwards. Many people fall asleep on the bed.
An evening session also gives you a set time in a quiet room, with your phone put away.
Booking a time makes it easier to stick to.
Clients most often tell us they found it easier to wind down that evening and slept better that night. This is what clients report. We can't promise the same for you.
If a week has left you feeling sluggish and slow, people tend to book the hyperbaric chamber instead. A session is forty-five to sixty minutes breathing extra oxygen under pressure. People tell us they feel clearer and have steadier energy afterwards.
None of this is a medical treatment. It does not replace sleep, food or your doctor's advice. If you have a diagnosed condition, follow your doctor's advice and tell us before you book.
The session
€50 a session, €200 for five, €350 for ten. You undress for the session, you're on your own in the room, and there's no downtime afterwards. Evening slots book out first.

HIFEM
When you sit all day, some muscles do almost no work. HIFEM makes them contract. A session is twenty to thirty minutes, seated and fully clothed.
