For people who work long weeks, sleep badly or feel stiff. You don't need to be an athlete.
Most of our clients aren't athletes. Many work long weeks, sleep badly, feel stiff in the morning or tired by mid-afternoon. Some are getting active again after a long break.
You don't need a diagnosis to book.
Our guided sessions support circulation, rest and recovery. They are not medical care. If something has been going on a while or is getting worse, see your GP first.

Pick the thing you'd most like to change. Beside it is the treatment we usually suggest. You can always try a different one.

Red and near-infrared light. It supports muscle release, joint comfort, circulation and winding down. Twelve minutes on the bed. Most people book it for the evening.

You breathe extra oxygen in a pressurised chamber. It supports steady energy, a clearer head and day-to-day recovery. Forty-five to sixty minutes.

A focused magnetic field works the muscles you sit on, including the pelvic floor. You stay clothed. It supports everyday movement and stiff hips. Twenty to thirty minutes.

Therapeutic massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage from our clinical therapists. It supports the release of muscle tension, circulation and rest. Thirty to sixty minutes.
The five reasons people most often get in touch.
01
After a busy period at work.
The busy period is over but you're still run down. A couple of weeks of regular sessions can help you recover.
02
When you're not sleeping well.
Most people try the infrared bed in the evening for this. It takes twelve minutes, so it's easy to fit in at the end of the day.
03
Getting back into exercise.
After a long break from exercise, the first few weeks back are the hardest. A session after your first workouts can ease next-day stiffness, so it's easier to keep going.
04
To keep training consistently.
People often stop training because they're sore or too busy. Infrared, hyperbaric oxygen and massage don't add to your training load, so you can book them on any day.
05
To stay feeling well.
Some people book an hour a week to help keep their sleep, energy and movement on track.
Pick the one that matches what you'd like help with. For sleep and winding down, most people choose infrared. For energy and a clear head, the hyperbaric chamber. For stiff hips and lower back from sitting, HIFEM. For tight muscles, a massage.
If none of that fits, ring 083 867 2844 and we'll recommend one.
No. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral. Tell us what you'd like to change.
If you're under a doctor's care for anything, tell us. Each therapy has its own safety questions, listed on its page.
No. These are wellness treatments for comfort, rest, circulation, movement and energy. We don't diagnose or treat anything, and nothing here replaces your GP.
If something is new, persistent or getting worse, see your GP first.
No. You sit or lie down for all four, and none of them need any effort. People in their seventies use the clinic, and so do people who haven't exercised in years.
It depends on the therapy. Most people start with one or two hyperbaric sessions a week, or two or three of infrared or HIFEM, for the first few weeks. Book massage whenever it suits you.
These therapies are used over a number of sessions, but start with one to see how you find it.
Yes, and most regulars do. For example, hyperbaric oxygen in the morning, infrared in the evening, and HIFEM or a massage when there's time. Tell us your week and we'll help you space them out.
Getting started
Start with a single session. After that we recommend a block, because these therapies are used over a number of sessions. If you'd like to talk it through first, ring 083 867 2844.
