Common questions
No. Most people who come in aren't.
It depends on the treatment. For HIFEM and hyperbaric oxygen you stay fully clothed, in whatever you arrived in.
For infrared you undress, because clothing blocks the light. The less you wear, the better. Underwear is fine. You're on your own in the room.
For massage you undress to your underwear and stay under towels throughout. For reflexology you take off your shoes and socks. For Indian head massage you stay seated and dressed. The therapist tells you what to take off before the treatment starts.
Twelve minutes to an hour, depending on the therapy. Most people go straight back to work afterwards.
You don't have to, but we recommend it. These treatments work over a series of sessions, and a block lowers the price of each session. If you'd like to try one first, book a single session.

For most of our clients
For people with long working weeks, poor sleep or stiffness that won't go away. You don't need a diagnosis to book.
