HIFEM after a week of sitting down

When you sit for long days, your deep muscles do very little work. Here's what HIFEM does for them.

What sitting all week does

Many people spend eight hours at a desk, then commute, then spend the evening on the sofa. Your hips and lower back tighten, your shoulders round forward, and the deep muscles that hold you upright do very little all day.

The pelvic floor is one of the hardest of these muscles to work on purpose. Many people can't feel it well enough to train it accurately.

How HIFEM works

HIFEM creates a focused magnetic field. The field passes through clothing and skin and makes the muscle contract. That's why you keep your clothes on.

It can produce thousands of contractions in one session, more than you could make on your own.

What a session involves

You sit down and we set the intensity with you. The session lasts twenty to thirty minutes. You feel a firm, rhythmic pulsing in the muscles you're sitting on. Most people talk, read or just sit. You don't need to change, and nothing is internal, including the pelvic floor work.

How many sessions

As with any muscle training, one session won't change much. A few weeks of sessions might. Book a single session first to see how you find it.
